Personal Color+Makeup Balance Package (Yeonhui Main Branch)

1. Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Rushing may cause skin redness, which can affect the accuracy of your consultation.

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Clothing and Makeup Guidelines

For Daily Personal Color:

• Avoid hoodies or high-collar shirts; we recommend wearing a basic round-neck t-shirt.

• Wear your usual makeup, but keep it light and natural.

• Avoid any facial treatments that may alter your natural skin tone.

• Please bring your makeup pouch (limit to 10 items, including lip products, eyeshadows, blushers, and foundations).

For Personal Balance Design:

• Avoid hoodies or high-collar shirts; a basic round-neck t-shirt is recommended.

• Wear your usual makeup, but keep it subtle.

• Full Balance program: Wear fitted clothing to show your natural silhouette clearly.

• Face Balance and Full Balance programs: Bring any glasses or accessories you usually wear.

For Makeup Balance:

• Wear tops with buttons or zippers for easy changing.

• Avoid turtlenecks, shirts, or expensive clothing, as makeup products may transfer.

• Before your visit, wash your face with cold water and apply only light toner and lotion.

• Avoid sheet masks or heavy skincare products on the day of your visit, as they may cause makeup to slide off.

3. Companions

• Daily Personal Color: Only one companion is allowed.

• Personal Balance Design & Makeup Balance: No companions are allowed during the session.

• There is a waiting area prepared for you in the showroom on the 1st floor.

4. Room Number

• Check your room number at the kiosk upon arrival.

• Then proceed to the designated floor and room after confirmation.

5. Reservation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance: Full refund of the deposit.

• One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the appointment.
  (After one reschedule, cancellation is no longer available.)

• Changes due to weather or flight issues are also allowed up to 3 days prior to your appointment.

• For any change requests, please contact us via email or Instagram DM.

• Same-day cancellation: No refund

• More than 30 minutes late: Considered a no-show

• No-show: No refund or rescheduling; rebooking is required

Q. I'm having trouble with the payment. What should I do?

We do not accept corporate cards, so please use a personal credit card.
If you are using a Korean card, please set the website language to Korean.
If you are using a foreign card, please set the website language to English, Chinese, or Japanese.
Please ensure your card is enabled for international payments.
If you see the error [PAFW-ERR-TS21] Decline – 3DS(TS21), kindly contact your card issuer for assistance.

Q. Can I do the session together with a friend?

All programs except for Personal Color are conducted one-on-one only.
However, you and your friend can book the same time slot and have your sessions in separate rooms

Makeup Balance (At Yeonhui branch)
A program that analyzes your facial features, face shape, and skin type to find the most suitable makeup style and provide a customized makeup service.

Daily Makeup (At Hongdae branch)
A makeup service using the best color combinations for your skin tone and personal image, based on Cocory Cube analysis.

Q. I want to book the Makeup Balance session at the same time as my friend. How can we do that?

Please book one slot per person in one of the following time pairs:
9:30 & 10:00 / 12:00 & 12:30 / 14:30 & 15:00

Then, write “attending together” in the Additional Note section when making the reservation.
We’ll adjust the schedule so both of you can start together at 9:30, 12:00, or 14:30, depending on the selected time.

Q. I want to book the Full Package (Personal Color + Personal Balance + Makeup Balance), but there are no available dates. What should I do?

If the Full Package is not available on your preferred date, you can book the sessions separately as follows:

Option 1 :
Personal Color + Personal Balance Package
Makeup Balance (as a single program)

Option 2 :
Personal Color + Makeup Balance Package
Personal Balance (as a single program)

Please check the availability of each program and book the sessions separately.
The analysis process and results will be the same as the Full Package, so there’s no need to worry.
