[IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VISIT]

If you have skin allergies or sensitivities that require caution when using makeup products, please make sure to contact us in advance before making a reservation.
If there are any product restrictions, you will need to bring your own skincare and makeup items. Individual guidance will be provided in such cases.

Before your visit, please wash your face with cold water and apply only basic skincare such as toner and lotion.
(Using a sheet mask or applying heavy skincare products on the day of your appointment may cause makeup to slip, so please be cautious.)

1. Arrival Time:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Rushing may cause skin redness, which can affect the accuracy of your consultation.
• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.

• Avoid hoodies or high-collar shirts.
• A basic round-neck t-shirt is recommended.
• Avoid any facial treatments that alter your natural skin color.
• Wear makeup as usual, but keep it subtle.
• Bring your makeup pouch (Limit to 10 makeup items, including lip products, eyeshadows, blushers, and foundations.)

• Only one companion is allowed in the consulting room.
• Groups should wait in a nearby cafe or the lobby.

• Check your room number at the kiosk.
• Proceed to the designated floor and room after confirmation.

• A full refund of the reservation deposit is available for cancellations made up to 7 days before the visit.
• Schedule changes are allowed once up to 3 days before the visit. (After one change, cancellation is not permitted.)
• Schedule changes due to weather conditions or flight schedules are also allowed up to 3 days before the visit.
• Please contact us via email, Instagram DM, or KakaoTalk channel for any change requests.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

• 7 Days Before the Reservation: Full refund of the deposit, no cancellation fee.
• 6 Days Before the Reservation: No cancellation or refund.
• 3 Days Before the Reservation: No cancellation/refund, but one-time rescheduling is allowed.
• 2 Days Before the Reservation: No rescheduling or refund.
• Same-Day Cancellation: No refund.
• More Than 30 Minutes Late: Considered a no-show.
• No-Show: No cancellation/refund or rescheduling, rebooking required.
