1. Arrival Time
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation.
- Rushing may cause skin redness, which could impact the accuracy of your analysis.
- If traveling internationally, avoid booking on your arrival day due to possible flight delays or cancellations.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Clothing and Makeup
[Personal Color Analysis]
- Avoid hoodies or high-collar tops that may interfere with draping. A basic round-neck t-shirt is recommended.
- Please avoid any facial treatments that might change your natural skin tone before your visit.
- Please come with your usual light daily makeup for accurate analysis.
[Face & Body Analysis / Fashion Color & Styling]
- If you usually wear glasses or accessories, please bring them with  you.
- Please wear clothing that clearly shows your natural body shape.
[Makeup & Features Analysis / Personal Makeup]
- As makeup products may transfer during the session, please avoid wearing white or high-end clothing.
- On the day of your visit, please cleanse your face with cold water and apply only light toner and lotion.
- Avoid using sheet masks or heavy skincare, as this can cause makeup to slip during the session.

3. Additional Notes for Makeup & Features Analysis / Personal Makeup
- If you have sensitive skin or allergies to makeup products, please inform us in advance before booking.
- If product use is limited, please bring your own skincare and makeup items. We will provide individual guidance in such cases.

4. Companions
- For Personal Color Analysis, 1 companion is allowed.
- For all other programs, No companions are allowed during the session.
- Companions may wait at a nearby café or in the first-floor showroom.

6. Reservation Change and Cancellation Policy
- A full refund of your deposit is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before your appointment.
- You may reschedule once, up to 3 days prior to your visit. (Cancellations are not allowed after rescheduling.)
- Schedule changes due to weather or flight disruptions are also accepted up to 3 days in advance.

If your payment fails, please check the following:
Corporate cards may not be accepted. Please use a personal card.
When using a Korean card: set the website language to Korean.
When using a foreign card: set the website language to English, Chinese, or Japanese.
If you encounter the error [PAFW-ERR-TS21] Decline – 3DS(TS21), please contact your card issuer.

❌ Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)
✅ Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: full refund of deposit
✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
📌 Ex: If your visit is on August 13, you can receive a full refund if you cancel by 11:59 PM on August 6.
