Mini Personal Color Program (ARC DE Seongsu Pop-up)

1. Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation for smooth service.

• Rushing to the appointment may cause skin redness, which can affect the analysis results.

• For mini programs, arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the payment is non-refundable.

2. Dress Code & Makeup

• Please avoid hoodies or high-neck tops that may interfere with draping, and wear a simple round-neck T-shirt instead.

• For accurate analysis, we recommend avoiding facial treatments or surgeries that may alter your skin tone.

• Please come with your usual light and natural daily makeup for accurate results. (except for Makeup Balance program)

3. Companion Policy

• For all programs, only the reservation holder is permitted to enter.

4. Cancellation / Refund / Change Policy

• Full refunds are available if canceled at least 2 days before the visit.

• Reservations can be changed once, up to 2 days before the visit. (After one change, cancellations are not allowed.)
