Personal Color Analysis (Hongdae Branch)

1. Arrival Time
– Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth consultation.
– Please refer to the product page for the estimated duration of your selected program.

2. Clothing and Makeup

– Please avoid facial treatments that may change your skin tone before your session.
– Please come with light and natural daily makeup.
– Avoid hoodies or high-neck tops that may interfere with the draping process. A basic round-neck T-shirt is recommended.

– Please wear clothing that clearly shows your body shape for a more accurate analysis.

– As cosmetics may get on your clothing during the makeup session, please avoid wearing white shirts or expensive garments.
– On the day of your appointment, please wash your face with cold water and apply only toner and lotion.
– Please avoid using sheet masks or excessive skincare products, as they may cause the makeup to slip.

3. Additional Notes for Makeup Balance Design
– If you have sensitive skin or allergies to makeup products, please inform us in advance before booking.
– If product use is limited, please bring your own skincare and makeup items. We will provide individual guidance in such cases.

4. Companions
– For Personal Color Analysis, 1 companion is allowed.
– For all other programs, No companions are allowed during the session.
– Companions may wait at a nearby café or waiting area.

5. Reservation Change and Cancellation Policy
– No-Show Policy: Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be considered no-shows. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided, and the scheduled program cannot be conducted.
– Cancellation: A full refund will be provided up to 3 days before the appointment date.
– Rescheduling: One rescheduling request is allowed up to 3 days before the appointment date. (After one rescheduling, cancellations are no longer permitted.)
– Schedule changes due to weather conditions or flight disruptions are also accepted up to 3 days before the appointment date.
