1) Arrival Time:
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation.
   Rushing may cause skin redness, affecting your consultation.
• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• If traveling internationally, avoid booking on your arrival day due to possible flight delays or cancellations.

2) Clothing and Makeup:
• Avoid hoodies or high-collar shirts.
• A basic round-neck t-shirt is recommended.
• Please avoid facial treatments that might alter your usual appearance before your visit.

• Wear your everyday makeup but keep it light in color intensity.
  • Bring up to 10 cosmetic products, such as lipsticks, eyeshadows, blushes, or foundations, for analysis.

3) Companions:
• Only one companion is allowed in the consulting room.
• Due to limited space, additional companions must wait on the 1st floor or in a nearby café.

4) Room Number:
• Upon arrival, check your room number at the kiosk.
• Proceed to the designated floor and room after confirmation.

• Take Subway Line 2 to Sinchon Station.
• Exit through Gate 4 and take the local Seodaemun-gu 03 bus.
• Get off at the Seodaemun Natural History Museum Entrance stop.
• Cross the street, walk 150 meters left along the road.
• The COCORY Building will be on the left side. Use the push button next to the entrance to open the door.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 7 days before the appointment: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
• 6 days or less before the appointment: No refund.
• Same-day cancellations: No refund.
