1. Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Rushing may cause skin redness, which can affect the accuracy of your consultation.

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Clothing and Makeup Guidelines

For Daily Personal Color:

• Avoid hoodies or high-collar shirts; we recommend wearing a basic round-neck t-shirt.

• Wear your usual makeup, but keep it light and natural.

• Avoid any facial treatments that may alter your natural skin tone.

• Please bring your makeup pouch (limit to 10 items, including lip products, eyeshadows, blushers, and foundations).

For Personal Balance Design:

• Avoid hoodies or high-collar shirts; a basic round-neck t-shirt is recommended.

• Wear your usual makeup, but keep it subtle.

• Full Balance program: Wear fitted clothing to show your natural silhouette clearly.

• Face Balance and Full Balance programs: Bring any glasses or accessories you usually wear.

For Makeup Balance:

• Wear tops with buttons or zippers for easy changing.

• Avoid turtlenecks, shirts, or expensive clothing, as makeup products may transfer.

• Before your visit, wash your face with cold water and apply only light toner and lotion.

• Avoid sheet masks or heavy skincare products on the day of your visit, as they may cause makeup to slide off.

3. Companions

• Daily Personal Color: Only one companion is allowed.

• Personal Balance Design & Makeup Balance: No companions are allowed during the session.

• There is a waiting area prepared for you in the showroom on the 1st floor.

4. Room Number

• Check your room number at the kiosk upon arrival.

• Then proceed to the designated floor and room after confirmation.

5. Reservation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance: Full refund of the deposit.

• One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the appointment.
  (After one reschedule, cancellation is no longer available.)

• Changes due to weather or flight issues are also allowed up to 3 days prior to your appointment.

• For any change requests, please contact us via email or Instagram DM.
