At the Seongsu branch,
only one team (max. 3 people) is available per time slot!

1) Arrival Time:
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation.
   Rushing may cause skin redness, affecting your consultation.
• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• If traveling internationally, avoid booking on your arrival day due to possible flight delays or cancellations.

2) Clothing and Makeup:
• Avoid hoodies or high-collar shirts.
• A basic round-neck t-shirt is recommended.
• Please avoid facial treatments that might alter your usual appearance before your visit.
• Wear your everyday makeup but keep it light in color intensity.
• Bring up to 10 cosmetic products, such as lipsticks, eyeshadows, blushes, or foundations, for analysis.

3) Companions:
• Only one companion is allowed in the consulting room.
• Due to limited space, additional companions must wait at the lobby or in a nearby café.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

• 7 Days Before the Reservation: Full refund of the deposit, no cancellation fee.

• 6 Days Before the Reservation: No cancellation or refund.

• 3 Days Before the Reservation: No cancellation/refund, but one-time rescheduling is allowed.

• 2 Days Before the Reservation: No rescheduling or refund.

• Same-Day Cancellation: No refund.

• More Than 30 Minutes Late: Considered a no-show.

• No-Show: No cancellation/refund or rescheduling, rebooking required.

💳 Q. I'm having trouble with the payment. What should I do?
If your payment fails, please check the following:
Corporate cards may not be accepted. Please use a personal card.
When using a Korean card: set the website language to Korean.
When using a foreign card: set the website language to English, Chinese, or Japanese.
If you encounter the error [PAFW-ERR-TS21] Decline – 3DS(TS21), please contact your card issuer.

💰 Q. The amount I paid is different from what is shown in the details.
The amount paid through the website is a deposit for the reservation.
The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your visit via cash 💵, card 💳, or PayPal 💻.

❌ Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)
✅ Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: full refund of deposit
✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
📌 Ex: If your visit is on August 13, you can receive a full refund if you cancel by 11:59 PM on August 6.

The time shown on your booking confirmation or confirmation email is system-generated.

👯‍♀️ Q. Can I attend the session together with my friend?
All programs, except Personal Color, are conducted one-on-one.
However, it is possible to book the same time slot and receive sessions in separate rooms.
