1. ご来店時間について
ご予約時間の10分前までにお越しください。
急いで来店されると、肌が赤くなり分析の正確さに影響を与える可能性があります。
海外からお越しの場合は、フライトの遅延やキャンセルの可能性があるため、到着当日の予約はお控えください。
30分以上遅刻された場合は「無断キャンセル」とみなされ、デポジットは返金されません。

2. 服装・メイクについて
ドレーピングの妨げになるフード付きやハイネックの服は避け、シンプルな丸首のTシャツをおすすめします。
ご来店前に、肌の色が変わるようなフェイシャルケアはお控えください。
正確な分析のため、軽くナチュラルな日常メイクでご来店ください（※メイクアップバランスは除く）

リップ、アイシャドウ、チーク、ファンデーションなど、メイクアイテムは10点以内のポーチをご持参ください。
[パーソナルバランスデザイン]
普段メガネやアクセサリーを身につけている場合は、ぜひご持参ください。
全体的なバランス分析のため、体のラインが分かる服装をおすすめします。
[メイクアップバランス]
メイク中に製品が服につく可能性があるため、白や高級な服の着用はお控えください。
当日は冷水で洗顔し、軽い化粧水と乳液のみのスキンケアでお越しください。
シートマスクや重たいスキンケアは、メイクの密着に影響を与えるため使用を避けてください。

3. メイクアップバランスに関するご案内
敏感肌や化粧品アレルギーがある場合は、事前に必ずお知らせください。
使用できる製品が限られている場合は、普段お使いのスキンケアやメイク用品をご持参ください。その場合は個別にアドバイスいたします。

4. 同伴者について
デイリーパーソナルカラーのみ、1名まで同伴可能です。
その他のプログラムはすべて同伴不可となっております。
同伴者様は、1階のショールームまたは近隣のカフェでお待ちいただけます。

5. お部屋番号について
来店後、受付機（キオスク）にてお部屋番号をご確認ください。
ご確認後、指定のフロア・お部屋までお進みください。

Q. I'm having trouble with the payment. What should I do?
If your payment fails, please check the following:
Corporate cards may not be accepted. Please use a personal card.
When using a Korean card: set the website language to Korean.
When using a foreign card: set the website language to English, Chinese, or Japanese.
If you encounter the error [PAFW-ERR-TS21] Decline – 3DS(TS21), please contact your card issuer.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)
✅ Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: full refund of deposit
✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
📌 Ex: If your visit is on August 13, you can receive a full refund if you cancel by 11:59 PM on August 6.
