1. ご来店時間について
ご予約時間の10分前までにお越しください。
急いで来店されると、肌に赤みが出てしまい、分析結果に影響を与える可能性があります。
海外からお越しの方は、フライトの遅延やキャンセルの可能性があるため、到着当日の予約は避けてください。
ご予約時間から30分以上遅れると「無断キャンセル（ノーショー）」と見なされ、予約金の返金はできません。

2. 服装とメイクについて
ドレープ診断の妨げになるフード付きや襟の高い服は避け、丸首のTシャツがおすすめです。
肌の色に影響を与えるようなフェイシャルトリートメントは事前にお控えください。
正確な診断のため、ナチュラルメイクでお越しください（※メイクアップバランス除く）。

リップ、アイシャドウ、チーク、ファンデーションなど、10点以内のメイクポーチをご持参ください。
［Color&Balance：ONE］
普段メガネやアクセサリーを使用されている方はご持参ください。
体型のバランス分析を行うため、シルエットがわかりやすい服装でお越しください。
リップなど含め、メイクアイテムは5点以内にしてください。

3. 同伴者について
デイリーパーソナルカラーは1名まで同伴可能です。
Color&Balance：ONEはセッション中の同伴は不可です。
同伴者の方は、近くのカフェやビル1階のロビーでお待ちいただけます。

4. お部屋番号の確認
到着後、キオスクでお部屋番号を確認してください。
指定された階とお部屋にご移動をお願いします。

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)
✅ Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: full refund of deposit
✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
