1. ご来店時間について
ご予約時間の10分前までにお越しください。
急いで来店されると、肌に赤みが出てしまい、分析結果に影響を与える可能性があります。
海外からお越しの方は、フライトの遅延やキャンセルの可能性があるため、到着当日の予約は避けてください。
ご予約時間から30分以上遅れると「無断キャンセル（ノーショー）」と見なされ、予約金の返金はできません。

2. 服装とメイク
ドレープに支障をきたすパーカーやハイネックの服は避け、ベーシックな丸首Tシャツをご着用ください。
ご来店前のフェイシャルトリートメントは、自然な肌の色に影響する可能性があるためお控えください。
正確な診断のため、軽めのナチュラルメイクでご来店ください。（デイリーメイクを除く）
【デイリーパーソナルカラー】
メイクポーチは10点以内（リップ、アイシャドウ、チーク、ファンデーション等）でご持参ください。
【デイリーメイク】
メイクが服に付着する可能性があるため、白や高級な服の着用はお控えください。
ご来店当日は冷水で洗顔し、軽い化粧水と乳液のみをご使用ください。
シートマスクや重めのスキンケアはメイクの密着に支障をきたすためご遠慮ください。

3. デイリーメイクに関する追加案内
敏感肌や化粧品アレルギーがある場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。
使用可能な製品が限られている場合は、ご自身のスキンケア・メイク用品をご持参ください。その場合、個別にアドバイスいたします。

4. 同伴者について
デイリーパーソナルカラー：同伴者1名まで可能です。
デイリーメイク：セッション中の同伴はご遠慮いただいております。
同伴者の方は、近隣のカフェまたはロビーでお待ちいただけます。

受付のキオスクにてルーム番号をご確認ください。

Q. I'm having trouble with the payment. What should I do?
If your payment fails, please check the following:
Corporate cards may not be accepted. Please use a personal card.
When using a Korean card: set the website language to Korean.
When using a foreign card: set the website language to English, Chinese, or Japanese.
If you encounter the error [PAFW-ERR-TS21] Decline – 3DS(TS21), please contact your card issuer.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)
✅ Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: full refund of deposit
✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
📌 Ex: If your visit is on August 13, you can receive a full refund if you cancel by 11:59 PM on August 6.
