1. 到达时间
请于预约时间前10分钟到达。
匆忙赶到可能会导致脸部泛红，影响分析准确性。
若您是国际旅客，请避免在抵韩当天预约，以防航班延误或取消。
若迟到超过30分钟，将被视为未出席（No-show），订金将不予退还。

2. 服装与妆容
请避免穿连帽衫或高领上衣，这些可能影响 draping 分析。建议穿着基本款圆领T恤。
请勿在到访前接受可能改变肤色的面部护理。
请以自然淡妆到访，以提高分析准确度（彩妆平衡项目除外）。

访问当天，请用冷水洁面，仅涂抹基础化妆水和乳液。
请勿使用面膜或厚重保养品，以防妆容不服帖。

若您有敏感肌或对化妆品过敏，请务必提前告知。
若您可使用的产品有限，请携带个人护肤和彩妆用品，我们将为您提供个别建议。

4. 同行者规定
日常个人色彩分析：允许1位同行者。
其他所有项目：不允许同行者进入诊断空间。
同行者可在附近咖啡厅或一楼展厅等候。

5. 房间号确认
请于一楼Kiosk自助机上确认房间号。
确认后前往指定楼层和房间即可。

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)

✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
