服务进行时的注意事项

若因皮肤过敏或敏感需注意化妆品使用，请提前联系。若需限制产品使用，请自备护肤品/化妆品，详情将另行告知。
到店前用冷水洁面，仅使用基础水乳 ( 避免当日使用面膜或过量护肤品，可能导致脱妆 )

1) 请提前10分钟到达

  • 为了顺利进行服务，请务必在预约时间10分钟前到达。
  • 若因匆忙到达导致脸部发红，可能会影响准确的诊断。
  • 如果超过预约时间30分钟未到场，将被视为无故缺席，且定金将不予退还。
  • 对于来自海外的客人，请尽量避免在抵达韩国当天预约，以免因航班延误等情况而影响服务。

2) 请以以下方式着装

  • 请避免穿戴带帽衫或高领衣物。
  • 建议穿基础款的圆领T恤。
  • 在访问前，请避免进行会改变面部状态的美容项目，以便准确诊断。
  • 妆容请保持日常风格，避免使用过于浓烈的彩妆。
  • 可以携带最多10件化妆品（如唇部产品、眼影、腮红、粉底等）供分析使用。

3) 每位预约者仅允许1人陪同进入咨询室

  • 由于咨询室空间有限，仅限预约者及1名陪同人员进入。
  • 其他陪同人员请在附近咖啡厅或大堂等候。

4) 到达后请通过自助终端机确认房间号

  • 请确认后前往指定的楼层和房间。

取消及退款政策

  • 访问前7天内取消预约，可全额退还定金。
  • 访问前3天内可以更改一次预约时间。（更改一次后，将无法取消。）
  • 因天气或航班时间调整，也可以在访问前3天内更改。
