匆忙赶来可能会导致肌肤泛红，影响诊断的准确性。
如果您是国际旅客，建议不要安排在抵韩当天的预约，以防航班延误或取消。
迟到超过30分钟将视为未出席（No-show），订金将不予退还。

2. 穿着与妆容
请避免穿着帽T或高领衣物，这类衣物可能影响披布分析。推荐穿着圆领T恤。
请避免在来访前进行可能影响肤色的美容疗程。
请化自然淡妆，以便进行准确的分析。

日常个人色彩分析：可携带1位陪同人员。
Color & Balance : ONE：诊断进行时不允许陪同人员在场。
陪同人员可于附近咖啡厅或大楼一层等候。

4. 房间号
请于1楼自助机台确认房号。
确认后请前往指定楼层及房间。

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)
✅ Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: full refund of deposit
✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
