1. 到店时间
请于预约时间提前10分钟抵达。
行程匆忙可能导致肌肤泛红，影响分析准确性。
若为国际旅客，请避免安排在抵韩当天预约，以防航班延误或取消。
迟到超过30分钟将视为未出席（no-show），订金不予退还。

2. 穿着与妆容
请避免穿戴帽衫或高领上衣，这类服装可能影响披布诊断。建议穿着圆领T恤。
请勿在来访前做任何可能改变肤色的美容护理。
为保证分析准确，请以自然、淡妆妆容到店。（仅日常化妆项目除外）
【日常个人色彩分析】
请携带最多10件化妆品（口红、眼影、腮红、粉底等）。
【日常化妆】
为避免化妆品弄脏衣物，请勿穿着白色或高级材质服装。
当日建议用冷水洗脸，并仅使用轻薄化妆水与乳液。
请避免使用面膜或厚重护肤品，以防妆容浮滑。

3. 日常化妆项目补充说明
若有敏感性肌肤或化妆品过敏情况，请务必在预约前告知。
若使用有限制，请携带自己的护肤和化妆用品，我们将根据实际情况提供个性化指导。

4. 陪同人员政策
日常个人色彩分析：允许最多1位陪同人员。
日常化妆项目：进行期间不允许陪同人员进入。
陪同人员可在附近咖啡厅或大楼大厅等候。

5. 房间号确认方式
到店后请在自助查询机（Kiosk）确认房间号。
确认后，前往指定楼层及房间。

预约日期7天前取消：可全额退款，无需支付取消费用。
预约日期前6天内取消：不可取消，订金不予退还。
预约日期前3天内取消：不可退款，但可更改日期一次（请直接与我们联系）。
预约日期前2天内取消：不可退款且无法更改日期。
当天取消：不可退款。
迟到超过30分钟：视为无故缺席（No-show），不可退款。
无故缺席（No-show）：不可退款或更改日期，需重新预约。

If your payment fails, please check the following:
Corporate cards may not be accepted. Please use a personal card.
When using a Korean card: set the website language to Korean.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on the website up to 7 days before your visit.
(Log in → My Account → Bookings → Cancel)
✅ Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: full refund of deposit
✅ 6 days or less before the visit: deposit is non-refundable
↪ A one-time date change is allowed (please contact us directly to reschedule)
